About Boundless Workshop

Our Philosophy

At Boundless Workshop, our core philosophy is collaborative problem-solving. We prioritize  the power of workshopping solutions directly with our clients and partners over delivering off-the-shelf answers. This iterative and deeply engaged process allows us to fully explore possibilities that lie within an organization's challenges and aspirations.

Our mission is to co-create a future that is not only abundant but equitable. Specifically, our goal is to develop strategies and systems that directly contribute to making a future that is:

  • Healthier: Implementing practices and solutions that enhance well-being, safety, and resilience for people, communities, and internal teams.

  • Safer: Building sound governance, risk management, and operational frameworks to protect assets, data, and personnel.

  • More Sustainable: Designing long-term strategies that minimize environmental impact, eliminate human harm, optimize resource use, and ensure enduring value creation.

Through deep partnership, complex challenges become pathways for meaningful, lasting transformation.

Meet Surili

You know when you look at your health and think, "I should be exercising more," but your neighborhood doesn't feel safe to walk in because there isn't a sidewalk in sight? Then, you end up blaming yourself for not doing better?

Surili helps people see how the places we live, work, and play  shape our health, so we stop treating public health challenges, like incomplete sidewalks and roads we use, the air we breathe and the water we drink, as personal failures and start understanding the systems behind them.

Surili is a trusted voice in the field of public health who champions diversity and works to advance public health, shared wellbeing, and social justice. With a rich public health and biomedical research background, she has led efforts to bridge the gap between public health practices and policies. Surili has played an integral role in the development and passage of policies that remove toxins from where people work, live, and play; designed innovative approaches to monitor and reduce environmental health risks; championed lead-free conditions to improve children’s health; and created short-term policy and advocacy strategies for organizations to address the quality of healthy housing and water systems.
